Yes. There's no account and no server of ours — your entries, mood, and reflections are stored only in the app's local storage on your iPhone. Nothing is ever uploaded, logged, or seen by anyone but you. See the Privacy Policy for details.

A short, warm reflection of what you wrote — never a diagnosis, an evaluation, or advice. Inlet is not a medical device and doesn't provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See the Terms of Use.
How much can I do for free?
The free tier covers real daily use: one line a day, mood tracking, the AI reflection, 7 days of history, Face ID lock, and the widget. Inlet Pro adds unlimited history, a weekly pattern review, a month-by-month mood curve, and export.
